Echoes of Healing by Marian
Hello and welcome. My name is Marian Siwoku-Odusami.
I never imagined I would be walking this path , the path of widowhood. Like so many others, my life changed in a moment. The man I loved, planned a future with, laughed with, and leaned on was gone. The silence that followed was loud, unfamiliar, and terrifying.
For a long time, I didn’t have the words to describe the pain. I just knew I needed to breathe through it, one moment at a time. Slowly, I realized I wasn’t alone. There were other women ,like me, learning how to live again after loss.
This blog was born out of my need to heal, but also out of a desire to connect with others who are grieving. Here, I share the raw, honest, and sometimes quiet moments that come with widowhood . the struggles, the strength, and the surprising bits of light.
I’m not a counselor or an expert. I’m simply a woman finding her way after heartbreak and holding space for others doing the same.
